At Aurealuxe, every candle is created with intention — from the sourcing of our materials to the moment your scent arrives at your door. As a luxury brand committed to craftsmanship over mass production, we operate on a made-to-order, preorder model during our early stages. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

 

 

 

🕯️ Preorders & Production Timeline

  • Made-to-Order Production:
    All candles are produced after your order is placed. This ensures quality, freshness, and eliminates waste.

 

  • Production Time:
    Please allow 4–8 weeks for production before shipping. This includes formulation, testing, curing, and fulfillment.

 

  • Why the Wait:
    We are a founder-led, small-batch brand, and your preorder directly supports the production of our first collections.

 

 

 

📦 Shipping Details

  • Shipping Begins After Production Completion.
    Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.

 

  • Domestic U.S. Shipping:

 

  • Standard (USPS or UPS): 3–6 business days

  • Expedited options may be available at checkout

 

  • International Shipping:

 

  • Available to select countries

  • Customs duties/taxes are the responsibility of the recipient

 

  • Delays:
    While we work hard to stay within our projected timelines, occasional delays may occur due to supply chain factors or production demand. You will be notified of any changes.

 

 

 

🔁 Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • All Sales Are Final
    Due to the custom nature of our products and our preorder-based production model, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

 

  • Damaged or Defective Orders:
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

 

Please email support@aurealuxecandles.com within 5 days of delivery and include:

 

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • A description of the issue

 

  • Resolutions Offered:
    We may offer:

 

  • A replacement item (free of charge), or

  • Store credit for future use

 

  • Return Shipping:
    If a return is required, we will cover the shipping costs for damaged/defective items.

 

 

 

💳 Cancellations

  • Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
